Refund Policy

RETURNING AN ITEM

If you don’t love your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within 21 days of your purchase date for a new style or a refund back onto your original form of payment—minus a $15 restocking fee. Items must be in original condition, with no signs of damage or wear.  All tags must be attached with the security cord in tact in its original condition.  If the security cord has been cut or removed, the item will not be accepted for return.  Last but not least: Don’t forget to pack the flannel presentation bag.

Please note that it takes up to 10 business days for returns to be processed and checked back into our warehouse. Once your return is processed, you’ll receive an automated email notification that a refund has been issued back to your original method of payment.

We reserve the right to deny returns or exchanges if the item(s) does not meet our policy requirements.
